Kissel "Vitamin"
20 g the dried rose hips
440 g water
40 g sugar
20 g potato starch
1 tsp. lemon juice
Rose pour hot water, leave the lid 1-11/2 hours for the swelling, then cook in the same water for 10-12 minutes, strain broth.
A small portion of the broth is cool, mix it with starch.
The remaining broth connect with sugar, lemon juice, bring to a boil. Pour the starch and again bring to a boil. Serve the soup chilled.
