Jelly made from dried blueberries
20 g dried blueberries
80 g sugar
40 g starch
4 glass water
Berries fill with cold water and cook until tender, strain the broth save.
Berry mash, wipe the mass through a sieve, add the sugar and dissolved in a small amount of cold water starch, mix well. Connect the mass to the broth and, stirring, bring to a boil.
Serve the soup chilled.
