Jelly on the natural juice
4 glass natural juice
3 glass water
3-4 h. l. starch
citric acid
sugar
Half juice diluted with water in a ratio of 1 part juice to 8 parts water, add sugar to taste, citric acid, boil.
Pour the dissolved starch, again bring to a boil, then immediately mixed with the rest of the juice, mix thoroughly.
Before serving jelly on the natural juice cool.
