Jelly of pineapple juice
2 glass pineapple juice
3 glass water
2 tbsp. potato starch
1/2 glass sugar
Sugar, cover with water and boil the syrup.
In the boiling syrup pour the starch, diluted 1 Cup pineapple juice. Bring the mixture to a boil, pour the remaining juice and stir.
Before serving the pudding cool.
