Ingredients:

3 PCs egg yolk

1 tbsp. sugar for the dough - 1/2 Cup for topping

1/2 glass sour cream

100 g butter

1 soda - a pinch

2 glass wheat flour

500 g marmalade colored

3 PCs egg white

The RUB yolks with sugar, bicarbonate of soda, stir in sour cream and mix it with the yolks, add the softened butter, stir in the sifted flour. Quickly knead into a thick batter, pour it into the mold, greased, and bake the cake at 210 �C for 30-35 minutes. Readiness will determine the wooden lucenay.

On hot cake put an even layer 400 g of marmalade. Chilled whites whisk with sugar before the formation of stable foam. Cover them a layer of marmalade and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.

The finished cake will arrange chopped the remaining marmalade.
