Milk rice porridge with apple
600 g apples
3.5 glass milk

1 glass rice
? glass sugar
4 egg whites
2 Art. l. butter
Boil the rice in water for 10 minutes, drain, fill it with hot milk, salt, add the butter and leave in a warm place for swelling.
Apples bake until done, then rub through a sieve, add sugar to the applesauce.
Separately, beat whites in stable foam, then gently connect them with applesauce.
Served milk rice porridge with apple like this: apple-creamy mass is placed on the edge of the plate with rice porridge.
