Chicken Mexican
1 PCs chicken
5 PCs tomatoes
3 PCs onion
1 glass chicken bouillon
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tbsp. ketchup
1 Cayenne pepper - pod
2 garlic cloves
1 cinnamon - stick
ground black pepper

Washed and obsushenny the carcass of the chicken with salt and pepper and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until Golden brown, then remove from fat.
In the same fat, fry the onion and garlic, add the chopped tomatoes, ketchup, cinnamon, hot pepper, put the chicken, pour the broth and simmer, covered until tender.
Ready chicken to put sauce drain. Vegetables wipe and combine with sauce.
Chicken serve with the sauce, garnish with fried potatoes or boiled rice.
