Chicken pie with potato crust
400 g potatoes
250 g tomatoes
150 ml dry white wine
150 ml milk

125 g mushrooms
50 ml heavy cream
25 g butter
4 chicken thighs
2 stalk leeks
1 onions
1 orange (grated rind)
1 bouillon chicken cube
Boil potatoes until cooked, drain the water, RUB the potatoes, add a little warm milk, sugar, orange zest and butter, pepper and salt.
