Chicken-hunting
2 pcs. chicken
1/2 glass melted lard
400 g mushrooms
1 onions - head
1 glass dry white wine
1 glass water
1 Art. l. tomato puree
4 pcs. frankfurters
salt and pepper
Carcass wash, cut into portions, season with salt and pepper. Saute with butter and place on a platter.
Dice the onion, mushrooms - sliced. Sausages, clean the shell and slice.
In the same oil fry the mushrooms, onion and tomato puree. Pour in the wine and water, season with salt, pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
Put in the chicken pieces stewed mushrooms and simmer on low heat. At the end, add the sausages.
Serve with steamed rice.
