Soup "Kurochka Ryaba"
800 g chicken broth
1 tomato
1 red pepper
1 carrots
? chicken
? onions
2 tbsp. chopped herbs
2 tbsp. brown or wild rice
2 tbsp. white rice
2 tbsp. butter
salt
Boil the chicken in salted water, peel off the fillets from the bones, chop it fine strips, strain the broth.
Cut into small cubes pepper, carrot, onion, spasseruyte them in butter, scald tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into slices.
The broth bring to boil, stir in the prepared rice, bring to boil, simmer for 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, browned vegetables and sliced fillet, salt soup and cook it until tender.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup "Kurochka Ryaba" chopped greens.
