1 glass sugar
2 Art. l. starch
Ground cinnamon (to taste)
Half kvass connect with sugar and cinnamon, bring to a boil.
In the remaining cold kvass diluted starch.
With stirring, pour in the boiling brew brew with starch.
Next jelly should be a little boil.
Before serving pudding cool kvass.
