Beet kvass cream
1 beet medium size
1 glass sugar
2 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. sour cream
Unusual, but very useful and tasty beet kvass is easy and simple to prepare.
Take the beets, peel and cut into small chunks, put in a jar with a capacity of 3l, add the flour, sugar and sour cream, pour all of boiled water (room temperature).
Leave beet kvass to wander, after 2-3 days it will be ready.
