Beet pancakes
100 ml milk
2 small red beet
2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
vegetable oil
salt
RUB on a large grater raw beets, put it with the addition of a small amount of water.
Combine beets with eggs, add milk and stir to enter the flour, add baking powder, salt and mix.
Fry fritters, capturing the dough with a spoon in a pan with hot vegetable oil on both sides, feeding beet pancakes with yogurt or sour cream.
