Dietary home brew
3 l water
500 g wheat bran
250 g sugar
30-50 g yeast
1-2 lemon (zest)
Of lemon peel to prepare a decoction.
Pour the bran with water (boiling water), over moderate heat bring to a boil, turn off the heat and cool the mixture to about 20 degrees, add the yeast and sugar, add the broth of lemon peel, leave for a day brew to ferment.
At the end of the day dietary home brew filter, pour into a storage container and cork lids.
