Home brew cranberry
4 l water
1 kg Cranberry
400 g sugar
50 g yeast
Rinse the berries, mash, add water, bring to a boil, boil for 15 minutes, remove from heat.
The cooled broth drain, mix with sugar, boil again.
When the broth has cooled slightly, add yeast, stir and pour into banks and tightly close the lid.
Ready to brew homemade cranberry will be in 3 days.
