"Easy" cake

100 g whipped cream

50 g walnuts

6 eggs

1,5 glass sugar

1 glass heavy cream

1 glass potato starch

0,5 glass grated lemon peel

2 tsp. lemon juice

Separate the egg yolks from whites, beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the cornstarch and zest.

Proteins are cooling, whisk with lemon juice, combine with egg mass in several techniques.

Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 200 degrees for 25 min, cooled, remove the cake from the mold.
