A little dough (I Khrushchev)

500 g minced

1 onion

salt and pepper

2 Tomato

1 zucchini

To fill:

2 eggs

50 ml cream

1 circle - mozzarella (or other cheese to taste)

green onion, salt, pepper, seasonings

Roll out the dough and pave them greased form. Minced salt and pepper, add the chopped onion and grated zucchini half on a fine grater, knead well and spread on the dough. Tomatoes and zucchini cut into half and put the puck in the beef, sprinkle seasoning with salt. Mix the eggs with the cream, add the grated cheese, green onions and seasoning, pour over vegetables. Fold the edges of the dough inside and bake on low heat for about an hour. Serve with a green salad.
