The stuffed pizza is czekalski
220 g mozzarella cheese
200 g tomatoes in own juice
100 g Parmesan cheese
50 g dry yeast
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 sweet green pepper
1 head onions
1 clove garlic
3 1/4 Cup wheat flour

1 1/4 Cup water
6 tbsp. olive oil
4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried Basil
Combine flour with yeast, sugar and 3 tsp. salt, stir in the center to make a hole, pour the warm water, add 4 tbsp. of oil, knead the soft, smooth dough, remove it to raise in heat for 1.5 hours.
Finely chop the garlic and the tomatoes, grate cheese on a grater, mix these ingredients, add 1 tsp. salt and herbs.
Peel, chop peppers, onions, eggplant and zucchini, put in a pan with olive oil until tender fry, allow to cool, mix with chopped mozzarella cheese.
To knead the dough, put in a pan greased with oil, making the edges of the bumpers.
Put the filling on the dough, pour the above mixture with the tomato, put the pizza in a preheated 200 degree oven (bottom heat), and bake for 10 min, followed by pizza stuffed in czekalski bake for another 25-30 minutes on medium mode preheating.
