Required products:

For the dough:

150 g wheat flour

1. Cheese squeeze. Made of flour, grated on a coarse grater chilled butter, cheese and salt and knead into a smooth dough. Cover it with a cloth and soak 30 minutes in the refrigerator.2. Onion cut into small cubes, garlic run through the press. Onion fry until transparent in vegetable oil.

3. Add the garlic, tomato paste and fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.

4. Put the vegetables, minced meat and continue to fry for another 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. At the end of cooking, add the thyme and oregano, salt and pepper.

5. Parsley finely chopped, mix the eggs and half of the cheese, add to the meat.

6. Round shape with a diameter of 26 cm oil, sprinkle with flour or vystelit baking paper. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and put into a form. Shape sides by 3 cm high

7. On the dough evenly place the prepared stuffing.

8. Decorate the edges of the dough, Saipov their "rope". Sprinkle the remaining cheese filling and bake pie for 30 minutes at 200 �C.
