Lemon cupcake
2 glass flour

1 glass sugar
200 g softened butter
1 lemon
1 h teaspoon turmeric
4 eggs
1 h teaspoon soda
vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Lemon zest (yellow top layer of the peel to RUB on a small grater; squeeze juice. Softened butter to mix with the sugar, vanilla, turmeric, egg yolks, lemon juice and zest. Stir in the flour mixed with baking soda. Egg whites whipped in a solid foam, and gently to mix the dough. Shape lightly with oil and sprinkle with flour or bread crumbs, or bread nuts. Extra shake. Put the dough into the pan and bake in pre-heated up to t=180�C oven for 45 minutes. The finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar.
