Compote of apples and tangerines
250 g apples
4 PCs tangerines
3/4 glass sugar
Tangerine peel, divided into slices and put on a plate. With tangerine peel, cut the white flesh and the upper layer (zest) finely chop in the form of straw and boiling thoroughly in a glass of water, drain in a sieve. In a saucepan add sugar, pour 2 cups of hot water, stir, put the rind, peeled and diced apples and slow boil cook for about 10 minutes, until the apples are soft.
The cooled apples and slices of tangerines to put in the bowls and pour the syrup.
