Puff pie with cabbage leaves
1 Green Savoy cabbage head
250 g sausage or meat
what kind of sausage to choose? we'll show
1 a slice of white bread
1 egg
Salt, pepper, parsley
Separate the cabbage leaves from head of cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.
Wash the leaves in cold water.
Mix the meat, beaten egg,white bread, salt and pepper, portenoy parsley
In a baking dish put a layer of cabbage leaves.
Then put a layer of stuffing.
Alternate layers. The top layer of cabbage leaves.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
To give the cake to cool slightly and invert on a plate.
