Sausage with garlic
600 g pulp pork or beef
2 tbsp. steamed rice
2 tbsp. butter

1 head garlic

Meat mince, mix with the rice, add the chopped garlic, melted butter, salt, pepper. Put weight on a clean cloth, moistened with water, to give the shape of a sausage roll in a cloth, the ends of the link. Sausage, put it in a pot, pour a small amount of broth, cook over low heat. After 20 minutes, remove sausage from the pan, to be exempt from napkins, cut into portions. Serve with spicy tomato sauce, boiled or fried potatoes, pickled cucumbers.
