700 g pulp beef

0,5 glass bread crumbs

6 garlic cloves

2 onions

2 eggs

5 tbsp. water

3 tbsp. butter

3 tbsp. milk

3 tbsp. ghee

Skip the meat through a meat grinder, combine with chopped garlic, pepper and salt, add water, stir.

Beat eggs with milk, fry the omelet in the form of a thin pancake with butter.

Molded from ground beef tortillas, put on each a slice of omelet, top chopped browned onion, roll tortillas with cheese, breaded in bread crumbs.

Fry "Amateur" zrazy in butter, put on a baking tray and warm in the oven.

Submit zrazy with cucumbers, green peas and fried potatoes.
