Salad with calamari, caviar and cheese
150 g cheese
150 g red caviar
6 boiled eggs
4 tuber potatoes boiled
300 g squid/red fish
mayonnaise
On a coarse grater rubbing eggs, potatoes, cheese. Squid or red fish is finely chopped. Put the salad in layers, each accurately mayonnaise: squid, caviar, half of the eggs, the eggs, half of the potatoes, eggs, half of the cheese, eggs, remaining egg, potatoes, cheese. Top salad garnish mesh mayonnaise and caviar.
