Festive dessert chocolate-almond balls
300 g chocolate
200 g almonds chopped
160 g soft cream cheese
1 glass powdered sugar
2 tbsp. coconut flakes
1 tbsp. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. brandy or rum
This Christmas dessert will become a decoration of the new year buffet and enjoy all the sweet tooth.
To connect with almonds and powdered sugar and beat cheese with a mixer.
Melt in a water bath chocolate, to enter gradually into the cheese mixture, add the brandy, a little chill.
Molded from the prepared mixture into balls, breaded in coconut and chocolate chips.
Put the balls in tins, before serving on the Christmas table to cool.
