360 g dark chocolate (cocoa 60-72%)

2 Cup powdered sugar

1,5 Cup peanut butter

1 glass crackers



1/4 Cup softened cream cheese

10 tbsp. melted butter

Cream cheese beat with a mixer together with peanut butter, then add the crushed crackers, beat for another 10 seconds.

Add into the mix the powdered sugar, butter, on low speed, beat until smooth - the mixture will be dry.

For the chocolate glaze to break and melt in a water bath, in the microwave or in a double boiler.

Two baking sheet line with parchment paper, scoop 1 tablespoon with a slide prepared mixture to mold the balls and put them on parchment paper so they do not touch each other.

Using a skewer or fork strung balls and dip in melted chocolate, leaving uncovered chocolate circle on top.

Leave the balls of peanut butter in the glaze to dry completely and serve with tea.
