550 ml milk

20 g cocoa

20 g vegetable oil

10 ml light rum

Break the chocolate with a high cocoa content, melt it in a water bath.

Add in the flour, cocoa, salt and powdered sugar, add milk, whisking.

Beat the eggs in a stable foam, enter them in the flour weight, stir.

Melt the butter, add to the dough, then add the rum, chocolate-milk mixture, stir, dough consistency should resemble liquid sour cream, leave the dough for 2-3 hours.
