Warm chocolate yoghurt cake
500 ml natural yoghurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
200 g butter
100 g milk chocolate
100 g dark chocolate
10 g baking powder
3 eggs
2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 handful hazelnuts
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons chocolate liquor
For the glaze:
100 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons cocoa
All the ingredients for a cake left at room temperature, cold foods must not be used.
Beat butter and sugar, one to drive the eggs, add half the yogurt, the other half mixed with baking powder and leave to rise, then add to the mixture.
Add to a lot of liquor (and can not), flour and cocoa.
Chocolate break finely, add to the mass together with nuts and mix.
Cover the baking parchment form, pour the dough, bake it at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the broken chocolate over low heat to warm while stirring, then add the cocoa and sugar, boil until the viscosity.
Pour prepared cake icing, allow time for impregnation.
Before serving, warm chocolate and yoghurt cake heated to melt the chocolate cake and gave a special flavor.
