Walnut-chocolate truffles
120 g butter

80 g ground walnuts
1.5 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 tsp flavor "chocolate"
1/2 tsp vanillin
In addition:
3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
Softened butter, sift the flour into it, add the vanilla, nuts and cocoa, hands to grind into a fine crumb.
