Homemade chocolate truffles with cognac
200 g dark chocolate
30-40 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1-2 tbsp. brandy
Break the chocolate by hand, put into a pan, where to put the oil on low heat or water bath to melt.
Pour in a mixture of cognac, bring almost to a simmer, do not boil, remove from the stove.
Let mixture cool slightly, cover with cling film, put it in 15-20 min in the cold.
Dazzle of the cooked mass balls, breaded in cocoa, remove for 10 min in the cold.
