360 g chocolate dark

150 g butter

160 g sugar

5 PCs egg

2 tbsp. wheat flour

2 tsp. powdered sugar

Chocolate break into pieces and stir, melt together butter and sugar in a water bath. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, mix with beaten egg yolks and flour.

Whisk the egg whites in a stable foam. 1/3 of the whipped protein mix with the dough, then enter the rest of the protein and mix gently.

Place the dough in a greased form and bake for 35 minutes at 175 C. Cool.

Before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar and decorate with lemon balm.
