Ingredients:
200 g bitter chocolate to the dough and the icing - 250g
200 g butter
200 g sugar
8 PCs egg
150 g wheat flour

150 g the apricot jam
200 g powdered sugar
For the dough and melt the chocolate. Oil mix with 150 g of sugar. Egg yolks separate from whites, gradually stir in butter and chocolate, add the flour, almonds and mix again. Enter whipped with the remaining sugar proteins.
Place the dough in lined with parchment paper form, smooth and bake for 50 minutes at 180�. Finish the cake cool, remove from the mold and cut horizontally.
On the bottom of the cake, apply half of the minced marmalade, cover the top and spread the remaining jam.
Powdered sugar 125 g of water boiled down to education syrup. 200 g chocolate crush, melt the syrup and refrigerate. Cover the cake obtained by the glaze and place the remaining chocolate.
