Ingredients:

1 glass melted butter

1 glass sugar

1 glass Sweet Almonds - crushed kernels



3 pcs. egg

1/4 glass wheat flour - 1
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 pcs. egg white

100 g powdered sugar

1/2 Art. l. lemon juice

jam to taste

Oil cool slightly, place the sugar, almonds, eggs, gradually add flour and knead the dough for 30 minutes.

Cut out 6 circles of parchment paper with a diameter equal to the diameter of the mold. On each circle put a layer of dough preparation in the form of cakes and bake separately in a hot oven until golden brown.

For glaze protein carefully rub with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Remove the cakes from the paper, each brush with jam, put one on the other, the top cover with glaze and soak in a hot oven for a few minutes.
