Salad Vienna with language
For the recipe You will need:
750 g language
100 g mushrooms
200 g green salad
200 g pickles
200 g cabbage
1 tbsp. vinegar
2-4 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper - to taste
Dried mushrooms are cooked, drain in a colander. Cabbage put on the middle plate, the top lay in the form of chrysanthemum cut into julienne salad, boiled tongue, pickles and mushrooms. All season with vinegar, oil and salt to taste. Sprinkle with black pepper.
