"Caprice"
Required products:
200 g chicken boiled - pulp
100 g boiled beef tongue
100 g ham
100 g marinated mushrooms
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
the leaves of green salad
ground black pepper, salt to taste
The flesh of the chicken, tongue, ham and mushrooms cut into strips and stir.
For charging connect the oil with the vinegar, add salt and pepper.
Lettuce, wash, drain and place in a salad bowl. On top put the salad, drizzle it with dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
