Coffee dessert in chocolate tartlets
150 g white chocolate
150 g milk or dark chocolate
150 g heavy cream
3 tsp. brandy
3 tsp. strong coffee

1 tsp. vegetable oil
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, adding vegetable oil, pour a lot on paper molds, spreading the chocolate on the walls, remove half an hour in the refrigerator, then remove the paper.
Cooking cream: combine the coffee with cream and white chocolate, stirring constantly to heat the mixture, add the brandy, stir, chill the cream, whisking.
Fill chocolate tarts cooked cream, garnish with almonds.
