Coffee and chocolate gingerbread
300-350 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
200 g starch
150-200 g sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp cocoa
4 tsp dry soluble coffee
2 tsp baking powder
Combine eggs with sugar rub.
Add cocoa and coffee, stir well, add the starch, stir again.
Pour the mixture into the flour and baking powder, knead the dough - it should turn out not very steep.
Roll out the dough to about 5-7mm thick layer, cut out figures using a knife or molds.
Put on the laid gingerbread baking paper or greased baking sheet.
Bake coffee and chocolate cakes for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees before serving, you can pour the melted chocolate cakes.
