Gingerbread "Snowflakes"
375 g flour (plus for kneading)
125 g butter softened
125 g sugar
2 tbsp. of liquid honey
2 tbsp. ginger ground
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 egg large
1 tsp. cinnamon ground
1 tsp. soda/baking powder
Mix the flour with the cinnamon, ginger, cocoa and baking powder/soda, sift into a bowl.
Separately, beat the butter with the sugar, pour the honey/syrup, beat the egg until smooth whisk, gradually add the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon, when the dough will be difficult to interfere with a spoon, knead it with your hands until gladnet.
Sprinkle flour on a work surface in a thin layer to roll out the dough, cut the dough circles or figures of any desired form, put the cakes on a greased baking sheet, leaving between figures a lot of space.
Put the cakes in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes or until Browning, then to get, allow to cool.
To make gingerbread "Snowflake" pattern of glaze (sugar+egg whites, beat until stable peaks), allow to dry.
