Ginger gingerbread
700 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 teaspoons of baking soda
4 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
300 g butter, cut into pieces
350 g sugar
4 tablespoons light syrup
2 eggs
In a large capacity (you can in a pot), combine flour, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves. Add the softened butter and chop it into crumbs with a mixture of flour and spices. Add the sugar, syrup and eggs. If the dough does not bind, add 1-2 teaspoons of water. Work surface lightly sprinkle with flour, place the dough on it and knead until it is smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
From this test can be prepared gingerbread houses.
