Honey gingerbreads in Slovak
350 g honey
4 glass flour

3 yolk
1 glass water
1 glass powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
? tsp. ground clove and anise
orange peel
Put the honey in an enamel bowl, pour boiling water, leave to cool syrup, then pour the soda.
In a separate bowl mash the yolks with the sugar, beat the egg, add the orange zest and spices, beat until fluffy.
Add in the egg mix all the flour, pour the honey syrup, stir, put the dough on the Board, gradually stir in remaining flour.
Leave the dough for 6 hours, then roll out a layer of half a centimeter thick, cut figures.
Put the cakes on a greased and floured baking sheet, bake at a high temperature until tender.
