Baby honey cakes with jam
400 g flour
100 g powdered sugar
5 g soda
2 egg yolks
1 lemon (zest)
4 Art. l. milk
3 Art. l. honey
jam or marmalade
Combine the egg yolks with the sugar, rub, add the warmed liquid honey, milk, soda, chopped lemon zest, stir, add flour, stir again, leave the dough for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough formation about polusantimetra, cut into circles or figure molds.
Top each cake grease egg white and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Lay on a baking gingerbread, oiled, bake at above average until tender.
After baking gingerbread pairs connected jam or marmalade.
