400 g wheat flour
200 g honey
200 g sugar
100 g butter
glass gender chopped almonds
1 egg
half a teaspoon of cinnamon and ground cloves

2 tsp. cocoa powder

Heat in a water bath, stirring gently, honey, butter and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Then remove from heat, add almonds, spices, flour and cocoa, well kneaded. To prepare the glaze, take 100g of icing sugar and connected with St.l. berry or fruit juice + the same amount of heated water. RUB the mixture until smooth. If you use a different juice, you can get icing in different colors.
