Cake with ginger cream
200 g ready-made biscuit
200 g white chocolate
200 g heavy cream
50 g berries
ground ginger (to taste)
Whip the chilled cream in a stable penalty, combine the chocolate, melted, ginger, stir.
Cut 4 circles out of the cake, each put in a mold, to half fill with cream, put the berries, then a layer of cream, cool cakes in an hour.
Remove Christmas dessert Cake with ginger cream" from the molds before serving, garnish with berries, mint leaves and grated chocolate.
