Pancake cake
Dough: Eggs 2 PCs
100 g Cold water
300 g Milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
0,5 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Sugar
500 g Flour
2-3 tbsp. Melted butter
Filling:
300 g Raspberry jam
200 g Raspberry
150 g Blueberry or black currant
150 g BlackBerry
2 PCs Bananas
200 g Vanilla cream
400 g Double cream
Powdered sugar
Beat eggs with water, add half the milk, salt, sugar. Sift there flour. Add the remaining milk, knead the dough, beat the butter. To fry pancakes of different diameters, put on a baking paper to cool, spread with jam. Whipped vanilla cream and cream, mix gently. Lay the pancakes on each other, alternating slices of banana and vanilla butter cream. The finished pyramid sprinkle with powdered sugar.
