Banana cake with condensed milk "Banoffi"
560 ml heavy cream
280 g powdered sugar
200 g blanched almonds
6 bananas
2 banks condensed milk
1 tablespoons soluble coffee
vanilla
For the dough:
240 g chocolate / vanilla crackers
? cup sugar
8 tablespoons melted butter
? tsp salt
Crackers crushed into a fine crumb, combine the sugar, salt and melted butter, stir, put the dough in the baking pan and bake it in the oven until cooked.
Almond rinse under running water, give it to dry, connect with powdered sugar - nuts are sticky.
Pour the nuts on a sheet, put in a preheated 180 degree oven, fry 15 minutes, during which time five times to mix, get it out of the oven.
Finished base grease condensed milk (layer - any thickness to taste), top with bananas, sliced.
Whip cream, add vanilla and coffee mix.
