Cake "the Secret of tropikanka"
Ingredients:
2 PCs egg
1 glass sugar
2 glass kefir

1 tsp. soda
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
4,5 glass wheat flour
2 vanilla sugar sachet
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. margarine
3 PCs bananas
1 condensed milk boiled Bank
50 g butter
2 tbsp. coconut

Eggs RUB with sugar, add oil. Soda suppress yogurt, mix it with eggs and sugar, stir in sifted flour, knead the dough smooth. Divide the dough into 2 parts: in one, add the vanilla sugar, the other cocoa and cinnamon.
In all forms bake two cake at 180 �C for 20-25 minutes. The cakes cool, cut in half lengthwise.
2 banana peel, mash and add the condensed milk and butter, whisk. Frosting prepare the recipe Fondant and icing".
Cakes spread with cream and fold on each other, alternating between light and dark. Top pour cake icing, decorate with slices of banana and coconut.
