40 g orange peel - and citric
250 g sugars - for test and 300 g - Cream
240 g egg white
200 g almonds
50 g walnuts - cores
100 g dried apricots
30 g seedless raisins
30 g wheat flour

30 g semolina
240 g yolk
300 g white chocolate
300 g butter
vanillin
120 g marzipan
150 g mastic
Peel boil in syrup.
Squirrels, beat sugar to increase in volume, type zest, chopped nuts, raisins, dried apricots, semolina flour. Pour the resulting mass into a mold and bake 7 minutes at 200 � C.
For the cream, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar in a water bath to dissolve the sugar, chocolate and vanilla enter. In the cooled cream, add the oil and whisk well.
Grease cream cake decorating the marzipan and mastic.
