300 g butter

300 g white chocolate
300 g sugar cream
250 g sugar for the dough
240 g egg protein
240 g egg yolk
200 g almonds
150 g mastic
120 g marzipan
50 g walnut kernels
40 g lemon peel
40 g orange zest
30 g wheat flour
30 g raisins without seeds
30 g semolina

Boil the peel in the syrup.
Beat the whites with the sugar until the formation of fluffy penalties, to enter zest, raisins, chopped nuts, flour, semolina and dried apricots. Pour the mixture into the form, bake at 200 degrees for 7 minutes
Cooking cream: beat the egg yolks with sugar in a water bath (until sugar is dissolved), to enter the vanilla and chocolate. Add in the cooled butter cream, beat well.
The finished cake grease cream, decorate with mastic and marzipan.
