700 g wheat flour

Cream sugar and eggs, without whipping, first heat up to 40 °C in a water bath, then cool to 20 °C. Oil whisk, add the vanilla and enter the small portions of the egg mass.
To test the eggs, sugar, honey and butter, stirring occasionally, heat on a water bath, then pour the soda, slaked vinegar. When the mixture begins to foam, stir in the flour and cook for a few minutes. Divide the dough into 6 pieces,roll the tortillas, bake at 220 °C.
The cooled cakes will proselyte cream, sprinkle with walnuts and refrigerate for impregnation for 6 hours.
